Please read these terms carefully before using the SpenVest Driver platform. By signing in, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the SpenVest Driver platform. By continuing to use the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Driver Terms.
Effective date: 1 May 2026 Governing Law: Victoria, Australia These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpenVest Driver platform. By signing in you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be an individual who has been approved as a driver by SpenVest and holds a current, valid driver's licence appropriate for your vehicle type. You must be at least 18 years of age. Corporate entities may not create driver accounts.
Platform Access
SpenVest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Driver app solely to fulfil deliveries assigned through the platform. You must not share your login credentials or allow any other person to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Driver Obligations
- Maintain a valid driver's licence, vehicle registration, and applicable insurance at all times.
- Keep your profile information accurate and up to date.
- Upload renewed compliance documents before expiry.
- Handle customer parcels and goods with reasonable care.
- Maintain a professional and courteous standard of conduct with customers and merchants.
- Comply with all applicable road laws and regulations while making deliveries.
Deliveries and Conduct
You must accept, pick up, and deliver assigned orders within the specified delivery windows. You must use the proof-of-delivery function for every completed stop. You must not open, tamper with, or remove any items from sealed packages. Any suspected tampering, theft, or misconduct must be reported to SpenVest immediately.
Payments and Earnings
Earnings are calculated per delivered stop at your agreed rate. Payouts are processed according to the merchant's payment schedule. SpenVest reserves the right to withhold or reverse a payout where a delivery is disputed or a conduct issue is under investigation. You are responsible for declaring and paying all taxes applicable to your earnings.
Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the app.
- Manipulate ratings, location data, or delivery records.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against customers, merchants, or SpenVest staff.
- Operate the app while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Allow a third party to complete deliveries on your behalf.
Termination
SpenVest may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, your compliance documents expire, your performance falls below acceptable thresholds, or your account is involved in fraudulent activity. You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting support.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpenVest's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the platform will not exceed the total fees paid to you in the 30 days preceding the claim. SpenVest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
